a shared sound immersion held every sunday morning at 9:30 and evening at 6:30, created to help you release the week behind you and begin anew feeling grounded and open. this 30-minute group session features crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 hz, working through the root, heart, and crown chakras, plus a 128 hz tuning fork to support nervous system balance.
