this hour-long tender loving care practice is a soft and supportive space for your body, mind, and heart—open to everybody and every body.
this class is offered both in person and virtually from anywhere in the world.
sunday sound bath
sunday group sound session
a shared sound immersion held every sunday evening at 6:30p.m. created to help you release the week behind you and begin anew feeling grounded and open. this 30-minute group session features crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 hz, working through the root, heart, and crown chakras, plus a 128 hz tuning fork to support nervous system balance.
